6 pounds boneless pork ribs
2 cups pure maple syrup
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon each:
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic powder
cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and pour over ribs. Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
